LITHIUM ION BATTERY LIMITED WARRANTY
Olelon Energy Company Limited (“the Manufacturer”) guarantees that each Lithium Ion Battery sold by Olelon Energy or through its authorized distributors or dealers, as specified below, will (1) have no material or manufacturing defects under standard usage conditions and (2) meet the relevant Technical Specifications designated for the product.
The product comes with a warranty that extends for eight (8) years following the manufacturing date. Beyond the standard product warranty, the manufacturer also assures that the product will retain a minimum of sixty percent (60%) of the battery’s initial capacity over the span of eight (8) years. This performance guarantee is contingent upon the product being used in accordance with the prescribed operating conditions as outlined in the specifications.

If the battery, while operated within the specified conditions, becomes unserviceable (not simply discharged) due to a defect in material and/or workmanship within the warranty
period, the manufacturer will:(1) Repair the non-conforming or defective product; Products damage which is not caused by seller, manufacturer shall provide charged service, including all the expenses of such as material cost, labor cost, warehouse cost, transportation cost,customs duties, analysis cost, management cost, corporate profits, disposal expense (If necessary) and so on;
All batteries shall be covered by a free credit, replacement or repair for a period of thirty six (36) months from date of manufacture,subject to the warranty exclusions listed below. After the thirty six (36) months, all batteries shall be covered on a prorated basis beginning from the date of manufacture.
Within the first thirty six (36) months of the Warranty period, subject to the exclusions listed below, if the battery is determined to be defective in material or workmanship, Olelon Energy will , at its own discretion, credit, replace or repair the battery and / or parts of the battery.
After thirty six (36) months, if the battery is determined to be defective in material or workmanship, Olelon Energy will, at its own discretion, repair or replace the battery on a prorated basis, as further described, starting from date of manufacture. After thirty six (36)months, the warranty shall be prorated using the following formula: (original purchase price x months since original manufacture ) / 96 = buyer’s payment for repair or replacement. The table provided below serves as an illustrative example of how the previously mentioned formula is applied. It is designed to help the buyer comprehend their financial obligations concerning the repair or replacement of a battery beyond the initial three-year period.

Following the initial thirty-six (36) month period of the warranty, the buyer is required to pay Olelon Energy an amount corresponding to their responsibility, as calculated using the
aforementioned formula, for any repairs or replacements requested.
The warranty specified above does not cover labor costs, transportation expenses, and similar charges. This Limited Warranty is exclusively provided to the original purchaser of
the Product and cannot be transferred to any other individual or entity.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The Manufacturer has no obligation under this Limited Warranty for Product subjected to the following conditions (including but not limited to):
Falling during unloading, the battery was not fixed properly during transportation, causing the battery to overturn. It is recommended to stack four layers at most. The transportation
time shall not exceed 4 months. At the beginning of transportation, the SOC shall not be lower than 50%. If it exceeds 6 months, please supplement the power in time;
Recommended storage conditions :SOC:50%-80%,Temperature:0-30℃,Humidity: ≤60%,
Product damage caused by not storing under this condition; Environmental damage;
exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, fire or freezing, or water damage
Loose battery terminal connections
Reverse polarity connections
Any short circuit caused by accidental , intentional, or inadvertent connection of the positive and negative terminals
Damage caused by impact, accident, collision, or drop
Under/over charging the battery as defined in it respective data sheet
Use with other third-part product(s) which fail
High resistance as a result of corroded terminals, poor crimps, or insufficient cable size
Battery that fails as a result of a faulty electrical system
Battery that has been modified by anyone other than a Manufacturer representative
Tampering or removal of manufacture date codes
The product is only used within the product specification, and it is used to beyond the
product specification
The power of the battery is 0%, the battery is not charged in time for more than 7 consecutive days
Under high temperature (>45 °), low battery (<20%) was stored for more than 24 hours, and the battery was not charged in time
Battery damage caused by discharging with unqualified super power load equipment
Battery damage caused by using chargers that do not conform to the charging protocol approved by the manufacturer
Mixed use of two or more batteries in series or in parallel, resulting in damage to the battery pack
Connect the external wiring that does not meet the definition into the battery without the confirmation of the battery manufacturer, resulting in damage to the battery
Any accident and equipment damage caused by live wiring, responsible for any accident and equipment damage caused
Battery that has been used in a commercial application where it is cycled to more than 80% depth of discharge repeatedly within 24 hour periods.
This Limited Warranty does not cover a product that has reached its normal end of life due to usage which may occur prior to the Warranty Period. Thereafter, Olelon Energy offers no remedy under this warranty and disclaims all liability related thereto.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the Product is determined,upon inspection, to be at its normal end of life even if within the Warranty Period.
Service calls, towing, loss of time, inconvenience, and loss of use of the vehicle, lost wages,lost profits, or any other consequential or incidental damages are hereby specifically
excluded from this warranty.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Olelon Energy expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein. Olelon Energy also limits the duration of any statutory, express, or implied warranties, including but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the term of this warranty period. The sole liability of Olelon Energy for any breach of warranty concerning the Battery shall be to replace the Battery within the warranty period in accordance with the stipulations of this limited warranty. Under no circumstances shall the Manufacturer be liable for any other form of loss or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential—including but not limited to lost profits—exemplary, special, or otherwise, nor for costs associated with the removal, shipping, or installation of the product.
Beyond the warranty provided herein, Olelon Energy offers no other warranties regarding the goods, which includes but is not limited to (a) the warranty of merchantability, or (b) the
warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, whether they are express or implied by law, through the course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
REMEDY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY
Olelon Energy will not be responsible for any expenses for transportation, installation, freight,recharging,electrical system tests, loss of time, loss of use of equipment, service calls, labor, use of rentals or other expenses which would be considered as incidental or consequential damages. The only remedy available under this warranty is Battery replacement. And more,the maximum compensation caused by battery failure shall not exceed the value of the battery itself.
NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
If the issue arises outside of the Warranty Period or pertains to damage not covered under this Limited Warranty, Olelon Energy may, at its sole discretion, offer repair services for the Battery at a charge.
SHIPPING OF RETURNED GOODS
Should the buyer need to return their Battery to Olelon Energy for any reason, it must be transported in a lithium-ion UN-approved shipping box, with the manufacturer’s consent and
the batteries must be previously registered on the manufacturer’s website.
The buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with shipping and packaging when sending the Battery to Olelon Energy’s warehouse(Warehouse address : 1041 Exchange
Place, Unit #109, St.Cloud, FL 34769, USA ,Phone : 321-337-2594) for warranty assessment.
SUBMITTING A WARRANTY CLAIM
Buyer shall contact installer directly for any warranty claims in order to avoid additional problems in the products

If the battery needs to be returned for inspection, return the battery at your expense. Acceptance of the battery for inspection does not mean the Manufacture will accept the warranty claim.
